New Listing SOLD in 4 days!!! OOPS NOT!  My buddy Shanny told me before I ever started in this business that the most frustrating part is that things, unexpected things, out of your control things, will happen and blow up deals.  And that is why we ride an emotional roller coaster that can drive a man or woman over the edge.  We had a verbal agreement and we were all thrilled.  24 hours later not so much.  We will not sulk nor whine but will forge ahead with greater determination because this is a wonderful home and that is what we do!
