Update: First offer!!!!
It is really quite interesting because building up to going live I was thinking in my mind that we could/would sell this home in 9 days.  I know that is a bit optimistic if not down right arrogant but that was what I was envisioning.  So over the weekend I was thinking that we had to sell it by Monday to achieve that goal.  Well out of nowhere and I mean nowhere I receive an offer Monday afternoon...

Blogging is not easy
OK, I know this blogging thing is a really fun and good idea but writing has never been my thing.  I wasn’t a great student and all I can remember is getting back english papers from Mrs. Baker with red marks all over them.  So with a good deal of trepidation I move forward.  This will undoubtedy be a work in progress and it is my hope that our blog will offer interesting and helpful...
